Samuel Siebu is a man of many roles. At the heart of his life is his commitment to his family, his faith, and his dedication to improving the lives of others. Currently based in the United States, Samuel is a senior vice president of human resources in the healthcare sector, focusing on building high-performing organizations through top-tier recruitment and retention strategies.

Samuel's passion for personal development and improvement is reflected in his academic pursuits. He is pursuing a doctorate in education and human resources administration at the Drexel University School of Education in Philadelphia. This is just the latest step in a long educational journey that has taken him from St. Patrick's Catholic High School in Monrovia, Liberia, to Cuttington University College in Suakoko, and eventually to Europe and the United States.

Samuel's professional career has been focused on healthcare, where he has worked in various leadership positions in human resources. He has served as a chief people officer for a major healthcare company in western Florida, as well as in multiple stints as a vice president of human resources, a system director of human resources in Ohio, and a manager in charge of recruitment programs at a Silver Spring, Maryland hospital.

Samuel has demonstrated a commitment to learning and growth throughout his life and career, even in difficult circumstances. As a refugee in Ghana, he worked menial jobs to support himself while pursuing his education. Despite his challenges, Samuel has never lost sight of his goals and remains committed to improving himself and the world around him.

In addition to his professional and academic achievements, Samuel holds a Strategic Workforce Planning certificate earned from the Human Capital Institute. With his wealth of experience and knowledge, Siebu is a true leader in the healthcare industry, dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others through his work and his life.
